Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, features, and functionality on the TradeitUp platform, including but not limited to:
- Software, source code, and compiled applications
- User interface designs, graphics, and visual elements
- Text, documentation, and written content
- Logos, trademarks, and brand identity
- Database structures and data architectures
- APIs, algorithms, and business logic
are the exclusive property of TradeitUp Pty Ltd and are protected under Australian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Prohibited Activities
Without the prior written consent of TradeitUp Pty Ltd, you are strictly prohibited from:
- Copying, reproducing, or duplicating any part of the platform
- Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works
- Distributing, licensing, or selling any materials
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software
- Removing or altering any copyright or proprietary notices
- Using any automated systems to extract data or content
- Framing or mirroring any portion of the platform
Limited Licence
Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Service, TradeitUp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for its intended purpose. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights and may be terminated at any time for violation of these terms.
Trademarks
"TradeitUp", the TradeitUp logo, "Elevating Australian Trade Apprentices", and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of TradeitUp Pty Ltd. You must not use such marks without prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.
Enforcement of Rights
TradeitUp Pty Ltd actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials may result in civil and criminal penalties under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), including damages, injunctive relief, and legal costs. We will pursue all available legal remedies against infringers to the fullest extent of the law.
DMCA / Copyright Infringement Claims
If you believe that any content on our platform infringes your copyright, please contact our designated agent with:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
- A statement of good faith belief that use is not authorised
- A statement under penalty of perjury that information is accurate
- Your physical or electronic signature
Governing Law
This Copyright Notice and any disputes arising from intellectual property matters shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Federal Court of Australia for any proceedings arising from infringement claims.
